Attorney, Jenny R. Kasen, Esq. serves as the firm’s Delaware bankruptcy attorney. Ms. Kasen is Board Certified as a Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification (accredited by the American Bar Association).

Since 2010, Jenny Kasen has been representing debtors, creditors and various other stakeholders in connection with chapter 7, chapter 11, chapter 12 and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Courts in the District of N.J., District of Del., Eastern District of Pa. and Southern District of Fla. 

In her role as the firm’s bankruptcy lawyer in Delaware, Ms. Kasen has extensive experience serving as a bankruptcy attorney in connection with a wide variety of matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, including, but not limited to, serving as Delaware bankruptcy lawyer in connection with business bankruptcy litigation, preference and other avoidance litigation, claims litigation, confirmation contests, as well as a wide variety of other adversarial and contested matters.

Also, in her role as the firm’s bankruptcy attorney in Delaware, Ms. Kasen also regularly serves as “local counsel” to out-of-state clients and their out-of-state counsel who are in need of a Delaware bankruptcy lawyer and pro hac vice admission. In her role as “local counsel,” Ms. Kasen has significant experience working closely with out-of-state co-counsel to achieve optimal and cost-effective results for her clients.
